Pre-Authorizations
A pre-Authorization (Security Deposit) is required for all Domestic Travelers. For our International Travelers we will require a Copy of your Passport and will only take a Pre-Authorization should you wish to charge Minibar items to your room.
Cancellation/ Pre-payment:
Cancellation and prepayment policies are by 2 pm 48hrs notice before arrival. No shows or cancellation after this time will incur a 1 day cancellation charge.
All children are welcome.
One infant under 2 years is charged NZD 20 per person per night in a child's cot/crib.
An additional Adult or Child is charged NZD 25 per person per night.
The maximum number of extra beds/children's cots permitted in a room is 1.
Children’s age is under 12 years.
Infant’s age is up to 24 months.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
